​Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our Members Survey. The survey was shared in January and was designed to help us understand how well we are doing as a club and where we can improve. We plan to run this survey every year so we can track our progress and continue to make Highcliffe Sailing Club an enjoyable place for all our members.

We received over 150 anonymous responses, which is a fantastic level of feedback—thank you. In this report, we’ve focused on topics that were raised by several members. If your individual comment isn’t mentioned, it doesn’t mean it hasn’t been read; it may simply have been an isolated point rather than a shared concern.

While we can’t say yes to every suggestion, we will carefully consider all ideas. Where a request has little financial impact or doesn’t require significant volunteer support, we will always give it serious thought.
