PAYMENTS

Please note we are no longer able to accept cheque or cash as payment.   If you are not able to use GoCardless or send a bank transfer please contact Office@highcliffesailing.co.uk or Clare events@highcliffesailing.co.uk

If you choose Bank Transfer as a payment option please do so promptly. Payments not received within a week of booking will be cancelled and reallocated, this is due to the amount of time taken to chase outstanding payments.

REFUNDS

If an event still has tickets available we are unable to offer a refund.  

If the event is sold out please contact Clare events@highcliffesailing.co.uk and she will be able to let you know if there is a waiting list for tickets.

3)How do I purchase tickets for social events ?

Log onto Webcollect and purchase.

 

4) Why are some events Members only ?

We are limited to 120 people in the club at any one time, with over 700 members that means we have to limit some popular events to Members Only.

 

5)I have an idea for a social event at the club, what do I do ?
