Join us for weekly classes to keep yourself fit, healthy and strong.   

Circuit Training

 

  • Every Monday  6.30 pm - 7.30 pm 

  • 60 minutes of circuit Training - including

  • Aerobic Activity

  • Core Work

  • Resistance Training

  • Full Body Fitness

  • Bring a towel and water

  • £6 per session

  • Suitable for all levels and experience

  • All members welcome
